Whilst all efforts are made to package and prep panels safely, once it leaves our site how it is handled is out of our control. We are unable to assist with any returns/refunds/reimbursement for damages incurred in transit by the couriers. Please note that all freight is sent at the buyer's own risk of damage - and we will not freight the panel or glass item unless these terms are agreed to by the customer.

As automotive parts are often quite large and heavy, and we can only have one listed cost for estimated shipping per item for all of Australia, larger deliveries are often subject to delivery surcharges that could be over the amount estimated on the listing. If we find that this is the case in your order, we will contact you to discuss options. For any shipments of overly heavy or large items we recommend contacting us prior to your order being placed to avoid this circumstance after purchase.

Delivery surcharges may apply for SA, WA, NT, TAS and some regional/remote areas. For any shipments in these such locations we recommend contacting us prior to your order being placed.

A physical address (not a P.O. Box) and phone number must be supplied for shipping, especially for larger items.

For small parcels we usually send via Australia Post, Aramex Australia, Fedex, StarTrack or Couriers Please for larger or heavier items we use Team Global Express, or other courier companies where necessary.

If you would prefer to collect from us or arrange your own delivery on an item please let us know, we can facilitate collections from our store during business hours.

We are located in Kunda Park QLD Australia, and are open for business and contact Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Weekdays, excluding public holidays.

We offer three months warranty on any item in our store - please note that this is a part only warranty and no labour, towing, accommodation or other charges will be reimbursed.

Returns for change of mind or incorrectly ordered items is within 30 days, please open a return request through your eBay order if this is the case for your order.

Please contact us immediately if there are any issues with your items, we always prefer to supply a replacement for an order than refund so would appreciate the opportunity to solve any problems for you.

Wheels are supplied without tyres unless specifically stated otherwise.

Steering wheels are supplied without horn pad or airbag. This is not something we can negotiate on.

Doors are supplied as shell and hinges only. (Tailgates are often supplied with fixed/glued in glass, please read the listing or ask us for clarification).

Radiator supports are supplied bare without radiators/fans/intercoolers/bumper reinforcements etc.

Seats are supplied less headrests and seatbelt parts unless specifically stated otherwise.

Door trims are supplied without handle levers or window switches.

Engines are supplied bare long from rocker cover(s) to the bottom of the sump less the accessories such as starter, alternator, power steering pump, AC compressor and wiring harness etc.

Transmissions are supplied complete with torque converters and valve body.

Accessory items like bull bars, nudge bars, side steps, roof racks and towbars are supplied with all available mounting brackets, bolts and available wiring from our vehicle.
